I became enamored with hands-on energy healing several years ago after my first introduction to Healing Touch. Since then I’ve taken many courses in both Healing Touch and Therapeutic Touch along with several other alternative and energy healing modalities. I am happy to say, “My heart is in healing.”

I was encouraged by friends to record my guided meditations and out of that a meditation CD with Chakra toning was born, Notes to Self. I also give ‘Ancient Voices’ sessions that incorporates energy healing, frequency, water and sound healing.

And most dear to me is the joy that comes through seeing through the veil and catching a glimpse of the possibility available to those of us on the path of Spirit.
